Benjamin Weaver

Editor-In-Chief

“The writing is clever and takes me to a world of elegance.” — Rick Owens

Founded by Benjamin Weaver, The London List is a digital publication dedicated to art, architecture and interiors, presenting carefully researched, thought-provoking essays alongside interviews with artists, makers and industry insiders. With a particular focus on the aesthetic movements that have shaped the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, the magazine offers a critical voice on design—past and present—addressing prescient cultural questions with openness, intellectual independence and academic rigour.

Weaver read Architecture at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, before undertaking postgraduate study at the University of London. His professional practice spans interior commissions as well as the curation and sourcing of art, antiques and decorative arts for private clients. He has written extensively for publications and institutions including Sotheby’s, Cabana Magazine and Maison Royère, and in 2023 co-authored a book on the artist Marianna Kennedy with art historian Dan Cruickshank, published by Fondazione Luigi Rovati.
